Equipment introduction
The equipment is mainly used for steel pipe hydrostatic test. It mainly consists of the following parts: steel pipe transmission device, water system, oil system and control system.
The steel pipe transfer device is responsible for transfering steel pipe,The water system is responsible for filling water into the steel pipe to pressure it during the hydrostatic test,The oil circuit system is responsible for controlling the head to achieve the balance of oil and water pressure at the end of the pipe during the hydrostatic test of the steel pipe.The control system is responsible for the automatic operation control of the whole equipment, the automatic preservation of test data and the management of historical data.
