Equipment introduction
The cold forming elbow machine is one of the pipe fittings equipment, mainly used for cold bending steel round pipe. to small radius elbow . They are mainly used for industrial , such as petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, oil and gas transportation, electricity and boiler ect.
The machine is generally composed of four parts: Mechanical part, Hydraulic part, Electrical part and Control system part.
The whole set of equipment is independently designed and produced by our factory. The upper hydraulic cylinder to clamp mould, side cylinder for pushing, demould cylinder disengages the elbow from the mandrel. The PLC control system is more accurate and the touch screen operation is more convenient.
